EXCHANGITE OF THE YEAR
Congratulations to Billy Frazer for being voted, by his peers, Exchangite of the Year for 2007. This is the highest honor that can be bestowed on an Exchange Club member. Billy is best known for his work with the Exchange Club Park and Building. He can always be counted on to be very active at our numerous events especially Family Night.
